Deut. 15:21 "But if it has any blemish, if it is lame, blind, or has any bad blemish whatsoever, you shall not sacrifice it to the Lord your God." They offered the sacrifices that were not clean, and God did not accept their offerings;cursing them not coming with the offering He required according to the law.
